We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Company Admin cum Customer Relationship. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, social media and etc.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, order status, pricing, and general company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response time, and sales goals.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, Google Sheet, WhatsApp and other relevant tools such as automated bot reply apps (Closing Pilot, Many Chat and etc)
- Ability in using SQL and issuing invoice is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
