Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Saturday (except public holidays).

Shipping costs will automatically be calculated on your order depending on the order amount. We ship goods via local express courier services. 

When your parcel is sent out, you will get the information via email. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed until all information is verified by the buyer.

Please ensure that the information (such as the delivery address, etc.) is correct. If the information is incorrect, the company will not be responsible for the return or disposal of discarded items.

Please make sure you sign for it by yourself. Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for any product damage and other problems.

We will ship the goods out in 1-3 days and you will get in 1-3 days depending on your postal code.

If the products you order from our website are shipped outside Malaysia, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, and you will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these expenses, nor can we predict their amounts. Before ordering, please contact your local customs for more information.
