We freeze it to −40 °C, pull a vacuum, and the ice leaves as vapor — skipping liquid entirely. What's left is still, completely, a strawberry: same shape, same colour, same taste. That's the whole trick, and nobody's tastebuds have ever caught it.

    Fruit picked at peak ripeness and frozen before it knows what happened. Flavour is decided here — we just refuse to lose it.

    Deep-freeze, vacuum, sublimation. The water leaves as vapor and everything delicious stays exactly where it was.

    Sealed against moisture, shipped ambient. Up to 18 months of shelf life kept by physics — not preservatives.
