Delivery & Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday (except public holidays).

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery zone and parcel weight. We ship via local express courier services.

West Malaysia: from RM10
East Malaysia: from RM35
Singapore: from RM35

When your parcel is sent out, you will get the information via email. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed until all information is verified.

Please ensure that your delivery information is correct. If the information is incorrect, the company will not be responsible for the return or disposal of discarded items. Please make sure you sign for the parcel yourself — otherwise we cannot be responsible for product damage or other problems after delivery.

We ship goods out in 1–3 working days and delivery takes a further 1–3 working days depending on your postcode.

If products are shipped outside Malaysia they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs for details before ordering.
